You may want to print out your workout. I’ve made that easy, and here is how you do it:
On each workout page, you’ll see a green Print button that looks like this:
When you click that button, you’ll see the document in a new window. If you drag your mouse down the window, from top to bottom, you’ll notice each section of text will be highlighted in yellow as you scroll over it, and when it is yellow, a little “Click to delete” button will appear at the top of the highlighted section. If you click that button, the highlighted text will be deleted.
By deleted the parts you don’t need printed, you can efficiently get a printout of just what you want. For example, maybe you just want the description of your workout. You can delete everything else before printing it.
